BeforeMeetings in the diary before you land
Buyer research against the attendee profile, outreach, and confirmed meetings in your calendar. Pre-show campaigns to your own list so the people who already know you turn up on purpose.
We design and deliver exhibition stands and pavilions, and run the marketing around them: the buyer outreach before the show, the capture during it, and the follow-up and audience building afterwards. Across India, the Gulf, Europe and Africa.
We work across both halves of an exhibition: the physical space, and the commercial ecosystem that decides whether being there was worth it. Most exhibitors resource the first and almost none resource the second.
A stand that works as a selling environment, and a diary that is already full when you land. We design the space, then run the outreach, capture and follow-up around it.
Pavilion design and delivery, plus the delegate, hosted-buyer and exhibitor acquisition that fills the floor. India market representation where you need a presence rather than an office.

Everything we plan, budget and rehearse comes down to the moment the floor opens. That is the standard the whole process is built around.
Key visuals, 2D and 3D, spatial planning and vendor-ready production packs. We can deliver the build, or hand documented drawings to the fabricator you already use in the host market.
Design and drawings can be taken on their own. You do not have to buy the build to get the thinking.
Most exhibitors come home with a few hundred scans, get through a fraction of them, and cannot tell anyone what the show was worth. The exhibition is rarely the problem. The months either side of it are.

DuringVisibility across the show's own channels and the host city. Social and email activation while you are on the floor. Lead capture configured before the show, not repaired afterwards.
AfterLeads enriched, qualified and sequenced inside the window while the conversation is warm. Audience building so the next show starts from a warm list, and reporting you can take to a board.
Atriqa can build the exhibition, grow the exhibition, or become the team behind it.
Not every client needs another creative agency. Sometimes what is missing is a senior, accountable project team that holds the whole delivery together. If nobody can tell you the true status of the build on a Tuesday afternoon, that is the problem we solve.
Programmes where accountability is currently split across too many parties.
We work for brands who want to keep their creative agency but outsource execution oversight, and for international organisers who need a project team on the ground in India.
Atriqa can own the project without needing to own every supplier.
Meetings, incentives and conference programmes managed with the same operational discipline as the rest of our work, usually for clients we already run exhibitions or project management for.
Travel, rooming and visa coordination are handled through authorised partners where a programme requires them.

Stand cost is driven by floor area, whether the structure is custom-built or a modular system, and how much technical and content integration sits inside it. Rather than quote a rate, we scope against your floor plan and the shows in your calendar, because a design reused across three shows in a season carries a very different cost per show than a one-off build. Design and drawings can also be taken on their own, with your existing fabricator building to our production packs.
Yes. We design and document from Mumbai and coordinate build and delivery with local fabricators and contractors in the host market. That is the usual arrangement for shows across the Gulf, Europe and Africa, and it is why our drawings are produced vendor-ready: the crew constructing the stand is often not the team that designed it.
Because the budget covers three days and nothing around them. The meetings were never booked, so the stand relies on who walks past. The scans go into a spreadsheet nobody sequences, and industry research puts the useful window on a trade show lead at roughly forty-eight hours. By the next show the audience has reset to zero and the same money is spent meeting a similar room of people. The exhibition itself is rarely the problem; the eleven months around it are.
No. Most engagements start with one of the two. Some clients take the stand design and drawings only and run their own campaigns; others already have a stand they are happy with and want the buyer outreach, lead capture and follow-up around it. Taking both means the people who designed the space also know who is being invited into it, which is usually where the compounding sits.
For design and build, eight to twelve weeks before the show is comfortable, and longer for a custom pavilion or a shell-scheme override that needs organiser approval. For pre-show buyer outreach, six to eight weeks is the practical window: under three weeks materially reduces how many meetings can realistically be confirmed before you travel.
The floor plan, the audience, and what last year returned. We will come back with what we would change about the stand, the outreach, or both.
