Atriqa Integrated Marketing
Atriqa Nexus

Your capabilitycentre in India.

Every organiser carries work that has to happen each cycle but never quite justifies a full-time hire: marketing, design and drawings, registration, data, delegate and exhibitor acquisition. Nexus becomes that team, trained on your shows, working in your systems, reporting to your leads.

Delivered from Mumbai, white-label where you need it, for organisers and agencies across the Gulf, Europe, Africa and Australia.

The proposition

Capacity without the headcount decision.

Building an in-house team for registration, design production or delegate acquisition means hiring, training, managing and carrying that cost between show cycles. Nexus gives you the same capability as a service, scaled up for the season and held steady in between.

01

Trained on your shows

Not a generic outsourcing pool. The same people return to the same portfolio, cycle after cycle, and get better at it.

02

Working in your systems

Your CRM, your registration platform, your brand guidelines, your reporting formats. We adapt to the stack you already run.

03

One accountable lead

A single Atriqa point of contact owns the desk. Escalation does not route through a queue.

Who Nexus is for

Organisations that need the work done, not another vendor to manage.

International exhibition and conference organisers
Event and experiential agencies needing partner capacity
Corporate event teams and associations
Venues, event IP owners and high-volume programme brands
The desk

A team that already knows your show.

The same people return to the same portfolio each cycle. They learn your systems, your formats and your leads, so the second show costs you less management than the first.

In detail

What each desk actually covers.

The full scope of every workstream, so you can see exactly where a desk would take work off your team.

How clients engage us

Four ways in.

Commercially, Nexus can be structured as a project fee, monthly retainer, dedicated-resource fee, show-cycle fee, or a hybrid, shaped to scope and risk in the proposal.

01

Full Nexus desk

A dedicated outsourced backend team covering selected marketing, creative, data, registration and operational workstreams under one Atriqa lead.

02

Specialist workstream

Atriqa owns one defined function: registration, event marketing, design support, data management or delegate acquisition.

03

Embedded team

Dedicated Atriqa resources operate as an extension of your team for a fixed period, show cycle or portfolio.

04

Portfolio support

A repeatable shared-services setup across multiple events, cities or markets, with common processes and reporting.

Common questions

Questions organisers ask before starting a desk.

What does an outsourced event marketing desk cost compared to hiring?

A Nexus desk typically starts around USD 5,000 a month for a single-show engagement and runs to USD 15,000 a month and above for a large organiser or a full portfolio. The comparison that matters is not a freelancer rate. It is the loaded cost of the manager you would hire to own this work, the people under them, and the months between shows when that team is still on payroll. A desk covers the function for less than the team you would need to build, and scales down between cycles instead of sitting idle.

Can you work white-label, under our agency's brand?

Yes. A large share of Nexus work is delivered white-label for event agencies and organisers who present the output as their own. We work inside your brand guidelines, in your systems, under your client-facing name. We do not approach your clients and we do not use their names as references. Confidentiality terms are agreed before a desk starts, not after.

Which markets and time zones do you cover?

We deliver from Mumbai and work with organisers and brands across the Gulf and the wider Middle East, Europe and the UK, Africa and Australia. India gives close to a full working-day overlap with the Gulf, four to five synchronous hours with Europe, and around four with eastern Australia. We do not currently take on North American accounts, because the time difference would put your work with a night shift rather than the team that knows it.

Do we have to commit to all six desks?

No. Each of the six service groups runs as a standalone workstream. Most engagements begin with the single function that is straining, usually registration and data or design production, and widen once the working relationship is established.

What happens between show cycles?

The desk scales down rather than disappearing. Between cycles the team maintains the database, runs re-engagement on last year's audience, prepares the next cycle's assets and keeps documentation current. That continuity is the structural difference from hiring temporary staff per show, where the knowledge leaves when the contract ends.

Do you use our tools or your own?

Yours. A Nexus desk works inside your CRM, your registration platform and your reporting formats. Where a workstream has no system behind it we can build or configure one, but we do not require you to move onto our tooling and we do not hold your data in a platform you cannot leave.

How long before a desk is running independently?

Around four to six weeks from agreement. The first two weeks cover access, systems and documentation, the next two are supervised delivery on live work, and by the end of the first cycle the team is running its workstreams with one Atriqa lead reporting to your side.

Tell us which part of the show is under-resourced.

Send us a portfolio, a show cycle or a single workstream that is straining. We will come back with how a Nexus desk would cover it.
